This role seeks a visionary leader capable of working closely with the Principal to steer the school towards strategic excellence while maintaining a focus on Academic and Holistic development for all students.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education (mandatory).
  • Master's Degree in Education Management/Administration (added advantage).

Experience:

  • At least 8-10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or similar role.
  • Proven experience in a reputable, high-performing girls' boarding school.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of school operations and administration.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and effectively manage staff and students.
  • Proven track record of delivering high academic performance.
  • Good communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with staff, students, and parents.
  • Counselling skills to provide guidance and support to students and staff.
  • Ability to foster a vibrant school culture focused on student success, discipline, and holistic development.
  • Competence in overseeing academic and operational functions, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety.
  • Capacity to collaborate with the Principal to set and achieve strategic educational goals.
