As a Human Resource Officer, you’ll play a key role in developing HR initiatives, managing recruitment, training employees, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Key Responsibilities:
? Support the management of HR systems and policies
? Guide company procedures and employee relations
? Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process
? Develop and oversee training and career development programs
? Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
? Handle disciplinary and grievance resolution
?Maintain accurate employee records and compliance data
What We’re Looking For:
? 5+ years of experience in HR management or administration
? Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, and payroll functions
? Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
